Michel Germain Parfums Ltd. | Approximately 35 minutes outside Ottawa, Ontario | Permanent, Full-Time<br/><br/>Location:<br/><br/>Approximately 35 minutes outside Ottawa, Ontario<br/><br/>Type:<br/><br/>Permanent, Full-Time<br/><br/>Compensation:<br/><br/>Commensurate with skills and experience<br/><br/>Michel Germain Parfums is growing, and we are looking for an experienced<br/><br/>Executive Director, Warehouse & Production<br/><br/>to lead our warehouse, production and fulfillment operations at our facility located approximately 35 minutes outside Ottawa, Ontario.<br/><br/>This is a hands‑on senior leadership role for an operational leader who can build strong teams, improve processes, ensure product quality, strengthen inventory and shipping accuracy, and create a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement.<br/><br/>What You’ll Lead<br/><br/>Day-to-day warehouse, production, fulfillment and related operational activities.<br/><br/>Managers, supervisors and front‑line teams in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.<br/><br/>Employee retention, coaching and engagement practices that create an accountable, supportive and collaborative workplace culture.<br/><br/>Order accuracy, on‑time shipping, inventory control, labour planning and production flow.<br/><br/>Operational KPIs, process improvement, workplace safety and quality standards.<br/><br/>Cross‑functional coordination with procurement, logistics, sales, e‑commerce, regulatory and customer service teams.<br/><br/>Success Measures<br/><br/>On‑time shipping, order accuracy and inventory accuracy.<br/><br/>Production output, throughput and labour productivity.<br/><br/>Quality performance, safety compliance and cost control.<br/><br/>Continuous improvement, team engagement and operational reporting.<br/><br/>What We’re Looking For<br/><br/>10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, production, distribution, manufacturing, fulfillment or supply chain operations.<br/><br/>Experience leading managers, supervisors and front‑line teams.<br/><br/>Strong knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, inventory control and value‑added processing.<br/><br/>Working knowledge of hazardous materials management and Transportation of Dangerous Goods requirements.<br/><br/>Production or light manufacturing experience, preferably in consumer goods, beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, personal care or another quality-focused environment.<br/><br/>Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to improve performance while building an engaged team culture.<br/><br/>ERP/WMS experience required; NetSuite experience is a strong asset.<br/><br/>If you are a practical, people-focused operations leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building disciplined, high-performing teams, we would welcome your interest.<br/><br/>#J-18808-Ljbffr
