Growth Manager — Amazon & TikTok Shop<br/><br/>Were working with a profitable, fast-growing DTC brand built around functional supplements and natural ingredients. The business is already at multi-million-dollar revenue and entering its next phase of growth. This is the first dedicated growth hire, working directly with the founder.
This is a hands‑on role, not a VP or strategy seat. It suits someone who wants to be close to execution, own a P&L;, and drive profitable growth.
The role<br/><br/>Own Amazon as the primary revenue and profit driver
Use TikTok as a demand engine that feeds Amazon and lifts the brand overall
Manage external agencies and platform partners across Amazon, TikTok, and the creator ecosystem
Tie content, conversion, and contribution margin together across channels
Shopify and other marketplaces are on the roadmap, with scope to own those as they come online
The environment<br/><br/>Lean, founder‑led, high autonomy. The founder has built and exited businesses before and sets direction quickly. Youll be trusted to turn ideas into execution without much oversight, with genuine responsibility and visibility from day one. Success in the first six months looks like doubling the Amazon business.
What were looking for<br/><br/>2‑3 years driving Amazon growth (essential)
Some experience managing a team, whether agencies, freelancers, consultants, or in‑house staff (essential)
Comfortable owning a P&L; and thinking in profit, not just revenue
TikTok experience a plus, ideally generating demand that drives downstream performance
Bias for action, valuable judgment in ambiguity
Everything else can be learned on the job.
