Description
Drive impactful organizational change management with the City of Hamilton for their Time & Attendance solution. Lead statewide strategy, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless transformation.<br/><br/>As the Organizational Change Management Lead, you’ll report to the Manager of HR Technology & Analytics. This role demands a strong background in stakeholder engagement, change assessments, training development, and workforce readiness management. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming enterprise systems, especially within HR functions and Time & Attendance solutions.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Drive change management strategy for UKG Pro WFM implementation
• Assess and evaluate organization-wide change impacts
• Engage diverse stakeholders, including front-line and leadership
• Develop effective training and communication plans
• Monitor adoption metrics and project outcomes<br/><br/>Requirements:
• University Degree or related experience
• 5+ years in organizational change management
• Expertise in HR systems, especially UKG Pro WFM
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills<br/><br/>Champion organizational transformation, engaging stakeholders and fostering readiness across the City of Hamilton.
