Lead Alberta’s post-secondary innovation as the Executive Director of Program Innovation in Edmonton. Drive strategic initiatives and manage key operations supporting educational advancements in the province.<br/><br/>As the Executive Director, you will report to the Assistant Deputy Minister within the Ministry of Advanced Education. This full-time role demands your significant leadership experience, particularly in program implementation and project management. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align with workforce needs and modernize educational offerings.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for program innovation in education
• Manage operations related to workforce planning and program approval
• Design strategies for Campus Alberta Quality Council initiatives
• Collaborate with ministries and external partners
• Inspire teams to embrace a culture of change and innovation<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Extensive senior leadership experience
• Background in program management within government or education
• Knowledge of post-secondary systems and related legislation
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
