Description
Why This Role
TSI Auto Solutions builds the software that powers automotive dealership operations across North America.
Our Project Managers are the ones who turn a signed contract into a live, working product — and a happy
customer. This is not a role where you sit behind a Gantt chart waiting for updates. You’re in the workshop
with the customer, in the thread with engineering, and in the room when a decision needs to get made.
What You Will Own
You will manage end-to-end delivery of multiple SaaS implementation projects at once — running
workshops directly with customers, clarifying ambiguous requirements, and translating what they need into specs engineering can build without back-and-forth. You will keep every project on scope, on schedule, and on budget, and you will be the person who sees a problem coming before it becomes a crisis.
You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Client Success Analysts, Engineering, the Product Owner, and the
R&D Manager — as the person keeping things moving. And before anything deploys to a customer, you will make sure what gets delivered is exactly what was promised.
Your Day-to-Day
Project Delivery
→ Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple SaaS implementation or integration projects simultaneously
→ Run workshops with customers to clarify requirements and align expectations before work begins
→ Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and scope documentation across the full delivery lifecycle
→ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Cross-Functional Coordination
→ Coordinate between customers, engineering, and internal specialist teams (Client Success Analysts, Product Owners, QA) to keep projects moving
→ Translate customer and business requirements into technical tasks that engineering teams can act on
→ Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers proactively, rather than reporting on them after the fact
→ Manage supporting technical documentation and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
Stakeholder & Client Management
→ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
→ Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
→ Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders across the project lifecycle
→ Escalate risks and issues early, with a proposed path forward rather than just a problem statement
What You Bring
Must Have
→ 3+ years of project management experience delivering technology projects in a client-facing environment (SaaS, implementations, integrations, or similar)
→ Fluency in English (written and verbal)
→ Experience working with financial systems, or leading projects where financial data is a core input or output
→ Ability to lead the full project lifecycle: kickoff → discovery → delivery → go-live → stabilization
→ Strong requirements facilitation skills: running workshops, capturing decisions, and translating needs into clear project deliverables and documentation
→ Solid fundamentals in scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change control across multiple concurrent projects
→ High ownership and follow-through in a fully remote environment
Nice to Have
→ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
→ Experience delivering system-to-system integrations (APIs, SFTP, ETL/data transformations)
→ Strong understanding of data quality impacts and downstream reporting needs (including cost centers and GL mapping)
→ Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-country environments
→ Additional languages (French)
