What you’ll do
– Understand client reqs & perform needed research to execute a search
– Work with leadership & colleagues to develop sophisticated recruitment strategies that enable success on hard to fill roles
– Recruit talent via Linkedin Recruiter and beyond
– Pre-screen candidates & conduct in-depth candidate interviews
– Prepare comprehensive candidate submissions based on clients’ unique needs
– Work in a close, consultative capacity with clients to move the search forward to close

– You have a proven track record, you’re a top 10% performer in your org and consider recruitment to be a sales profession
– You’re highly detailed oriented, highly strategic, able to interpret data and act on it
