About the Role

This is a senior coaching and advisory role supporting senior business leaders, including CEOs, executives, and vice president-level stakeholders. The role is focused on executive coaching, leadership effectiveness, and practical advisory support in complex business environments.

The successful candidate will work with senior decision-makers to help strengthen leadership capability, improve judgement, and support effective performance in demanding organisational contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one executive coaching to senior leaders, including CEOs, executives, and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Deliver advisory support on leadership effectiveness, executive communication, decision-making, and related business challenges.
  • Build and maintain professional, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Assess leadership needs and tailor coaching approaches to individual and organisational context.
  • Support coaching outcomes through clear follow-up, professional documentation, and consistent client care.
  • Apply sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism in confidential leadership settings.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant professional experience in executive coaching, leadership advisory, senior leadership, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work credibly with senior leaders such as CEOs, executives, or VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, judgement, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work remotely within Canada.
