Description
Lead legal strategy as the Senior Legal Advisor for Source Energy Services. This executive role focuses on compliance, corporate governance, and strategic legal guidance, on-site in a full-time position.<br/><br/>As the General Counsel, you will serve as the primary legal advisor to the CEO and the executive leadership team. Your expertise in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law will support contract negotiations, litigation strategy, and compliance monitoring. Engage directly with the Board of Directors to mitigate legal risks and enhance decision-making processes.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Advise CEO and Board on legal issues
• Lead regulatory compliance and corporate governance
• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements
• Manage litigation strategy and external counsel
• Implement compliance programs and respond to inquiries<br/><br/>Requirements:
• LLB and member in good standing of a provincial bar
• 8-15 years of corporate legal experience
• Strong background in commercial and regulatory law
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
