Role Overview<br/><br/>As a seasoned technology delivery leader, the Senior Manager, Product Development and Delivery oversees complex projects and a portfolio of initiatives in a matrixed environment. This role provides day-to-day leadership, guidance, and governance oversight to project managers, ensuring consistent execution, adherence to project control procedures, and alignment with Technologys delivery standards.
What You Will Do<br/><br/>The Senior Manager applies deep project delivery expertise to drive planning, reporting, risk management, financial discipline, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation across initiatives. This includes building strong relationships with business partners, senior leaders, delivery teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Requirements<br/><br/>5–8 years of project delivery or project management experience
Experience leading cross-portfolio initiatives in a matrixed environment
Experience overseeing project managers or delivery teams
Strong knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies, the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC), project governance, risk management, financial tracking, and delivery reporting
Experience with project management and issue management tools such as Planview, ServiceNow, and JIRA
