Overview

As Sr. Director Finance, you will be the principal finance business partner to the VP/GM Small Business Services (SBS) and will be responsible for financial oversight and leading the development and execution of the budget, forecast, and analysis for SBS.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the annual operating plan, strategic plan, and monthly forecast, translating strategic targets into well‑vetted operating budgets.
  • Analyze actual results to forecast and advise leadership, ensuring fiscal year targets and long‑term strategic goals are achieved.
  • Provide financial support and leadership across cost‑center accounting, expense analysis, productivity analysis, and capital efficiency.
  • Drive preparedness for acquisition business cases, new product roll‑outs, and system or process changes.
  • AdvisProvide intuition and guidance on operating results and trends, staying aware of economic and business conditions that affect operations.
  • Develop process indicators and reporting tools to track business activities and support decision‑making, focusing on simplification and process improvement in financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of finance experience, including the last 5 years in a leadership role and a proven track record in managing and leading teams.
  • Executive‑level thinker with influence and credibility, strong business knowledge, financial acumen, and excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a sales operating environment with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and mentor staff.
  • Self‑motivated, fiduciary responsibility, and change‑agent mindset.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
