During 2026, Gore will combine its operations with Unica Insurance, Beneva’s Ontario-based subsidiary. The<br/><br/>Vice President People Experience<br/><br/>provides strategic and operational leadership across the People Experience function, ensuring people strategies, programs, and practices enable business success and an exceptional employee experience. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role serves as a trusted advisor on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness while<br/><br/>leading a multi-disciplinary HR team responsible for HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, and HR Policy .
Responsibilities<br/><br/>Operational Responsibilities
Lead and develop a People Experience team of 15+ employees across HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Total Rewards.
Develop and execute people strategies that support organizational priorities and business objectives.
Partner with executives, people leaders, and the Board of Directors on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and talent strategy.
Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Leverage people analytics and insights to support informed decision-making and measure organizational outcomes.
Ensure HR programs, policies, and practices are aligned, effective, and scalable.
Integration & Transformation Responsibilities
As part of the ongoing integration of Gore, Unica, and Beneva, this role will:
Partner with executive leaders and integration workstreams to support integration priorities and business outcomes.
Assist in the support and recommendation to harmonize HR processes, programs, and systems across the organization.
Build leadership capability and readiness for change.
Champion an employee experience that maintains engagement, trust, and performance during periods of transformation.
Help shape a unified culture that reflects Benevas people-first values while leveraging the strengths of both Gore and Unica.

Qualifications<br/><br/>10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including leading multiple HR functions and teams.
Proven ability to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and growth.
Experience advising senior executives and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Boards of Directors.
Demonstrated success leading organizational change, business transformation, or integration initiatives; M&A experience is considered a strong asset.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
Experience leveraging HR technology, people analytics, and data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
University degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CHRL, CHRE, or equivalent designation is preferred.<br/><br/>#J-18808-Ljbffr
